Docevans in Utah

I live in Utah. My 2nd greatgrandfather Evans came to the USA in the 1850s and I've been trying to discover the name of his home village. Trying to find and distinguish one William Evans in Wales in 1850 is impossible. Except: my father, grandfather, and two daughters have the toes! I've looked for other Evanses who have them and the response has been strong. Webbed toes may be the key to finding my heritage: I'm really curious about how common they are.

My daughters, who are now grown, have never had any negative experiences due to their toes. In fact, they seem to be more of a positive difference than negative. It's good to be a little different in this conformist world, and it's hard to find a way to be a little different. Why go for purple hair and being a human pincushion or canvas just to be different just like millions of others?

Howdy Doc Evans:

I'm a webbed toed Evans too! My Evans line is based in a town called Pender Nebraska. There are a bunch of Welsh folk that settled there sometime in the late 1800's. The webbed thing is an obvious genetic marker, so we're probably related. I would be very interested in your Family Tree. I've got a William Evans for a Granddad too. He's listed in the Social Security records, Pender NE, died 1988.
