h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

... if not can you point me in the direction? A conversation has been going on on a Radio 1 message board (http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/alabaster/F2675891?thread=2457791&post=28880404#p28880404) and h2g2 has been brought into it. It's basically going on about how homophobic the Beeb might be and how it'll never promote a gay cause, or anything gay-oriented anymore. This has lead to a thread being started in the m2m2 area about why that area isn't promoted at all. At the moment, I think it's fair to say that there's nothing much to promote, but if we did the place up would it be able to be promoted? I think the attitude of the gay hootooers is that you guys do a brilliant job anyway, but we're just curious on this issue and it'd be nice to get a bit of feedback from the Italics. Cheers, Iago

It's the other Jim you'd need to persuade about promoting the place, but I would agree that it would need to become a little livelier before that happened. And such promotion would only be within h2g2 itself.

Another avenue for promotion is always The Post. I'm sure they'd take an article about m2m2.
