Totally radical concept - exercise more, eat less!

He's lost 20 lbs so far, I'm onto stage two tomorrow (have been doing the exercise more thing this past week - going on to the eat less thing tomorrow)

the thing is, about 3 years ago I went from 74kg to 62kg in the space of a few months - not a good way to do it (stress) but it was a nice side effect.

I've gone back up to 68kg, which is fine for me, although I'd prefer 65.

I eat healthy food, not to much junk, and I drink lots of water. Lots.

And I use the gym 3 to 4 times a week.

Right now I'm just waiting for my period to start (sorry any guys who are ) so I am at my fattest and heaviest.

But it's very depressing - and the weight is piling on.
I'm hoping it's muscle, but I'm afraid it's not.

well, I suppose that is the main thing. And I'm sure he does
I just don't like being fat.

I certainly don't like being heavy (unless it really is muscle ) because it makes running so much more of a struggle.

And I run for fun, so it shouldn't be something that I don't look forward to (which is the case with tomorrow's run)

What are these KGs of which you speak? What's that in pounds? Or stones?

I suffer from retention, myself. I have no idea how much I weigh, though. Denial is the best form of dieting!
