h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well, let's face it. She wasn't all that. She was blonde, she a nice set of tits, but that was about it. Nothing much going on between the ears on that one...

So, here it is:
I was so desperate to get out of the tight spot I was in, that thought she was something! But she's not. Now I'm just afraid that the same thing'll happen next time I start falling, that I take a too hard look at what I'm doing and find out that it's not what I want. Coz I can never really know what it is that I actually want. So maybe it's better not to take that long hard look. Ignorance is bliss, right?

*puts on some music*

ice-cream?

*takes out a LARGE box of ice-cream and two spoons*

*hands One-eye a spoon*

*takes spoon, runs it into the box of chocolate/strawberry-icecream*

hmmmmmmmm, chocolate....

oh well I brought several cds, you can choose between alanis morisette, bad religion (good to keep your mind busy), bush, monty python's always look on the bright side of life (to pick you up) or a Japanese ska band (good fun, especially the English songs)...and just in case you feel a little bit classic today I could offer you Mozart's magic flute (also contains some funny songs)

So what would you prefer?

*rummages around in the knap-sack in the corner*

hmm... Bad Religion sounds very good to me. Which album is it? I hope Recipe For Hate or Suffer?

*returns with some cds*

Or, I've got Placebo, Puressence, Pixies, Massive Attack? But we could, of course start nice and easy, with Bad Religion

Sorry, I only brought Generator!? That alright? Placebo sounds appropriate for an "early" morning to me, too. What about Life of Agony?

Or we could listen to something Norwegian, of course.

Haven't heard Generator. Put it on! Isn't that one of the newer albums?
Regarding Life of Agony, I must ask again; which album...?
I only like the Soul Searching Sun-album, the others are a bit too crude for my liking.

Generator was the album befor Recipe for Hate. Bad Religion is very good when you have to drive late in the night

The problem might be that we have antibiotics here in Germany that taste and look exactly like melted strawberry ice-cream...

*takes a box of smarties out of her pocket*

*pours a load of smarties over the ice-cream*

Do you know Janosch by any chance, you know that guy who invented the tigerduck and wrote these cute stories about the tiger and the bear (oh how beautiful is Panama, for example)?

I've heard the name, sorry to say I'm not familiar with his work.

*puts on Life of Agony and starts singing*

You betcha! But then, icecream can cause severe headaches too...

This is actually really true, I read about that...somehow the cold ice-cream is a shock and then causes the pain...

So you could as well have Apfelkorn...
