h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

If you have been reading my details above, you will know that i am currently doing A-levels.
This is just about all I am currently doing.
Perhaps I bring this on myself, doing 4 of them, one with lots of coursework (art).
(What I am mainly trying to talk about is revision)

So, revision.
At the moment, this is not happening. Partly due to art coursework, due for the same day as my 1st written exam.
And the boredom of sitting there, reading, making notes... (I have fallen asleep in the past).
And none of the revision techniques seem to be of much use, 'cause you still have to actually read the stuff in the first place.
Or perhaps I chose the wrong subjects...?

That is all, just a short rant.

I got an A for my music essay!!!

Only it was done with notes...but still...he couldn't fault anything about the way i wrote it...

So now I have an essay to revise from...the one & only essay I could be bothered to do in an entire 2 years... And I only did that one because he forced us to sit down & do one...

Complain all you want...I'll always listen...and so will other's I'm sure...

Hm... Yes... Seems like others will listen as well...

Hm. How to depict topic drifts... Something very abstract, swirly with bright colours... Like... forgotten the name of the artist at the moment, but it will come back to me sometime...

My Great Uncle Tom has done 2 paintings that look a bit like that... but he won't let me have them... he never finishes any paintings he does for fun, so he can't give them to people. If he does, they're only 'on loan'... one of his paintings has seen the arrival and departure of an apple several times for years and years now...

Well, I bet you all wanted to know that...

What's that uncle of yours doing? Is he a painter?

Welllll...
My great uncle has been a lot of things in his time, but never ~really~ a painter, ie he doesn't get paid... but he's amazing! He spent most of his life doing a job by day and painting at night. Hence lots of job changes...
Now he's retired and he's spending all his pension on computers and keyboards. He once gave us three of his old keyboards, two of which still worked as they were supposed top...
