Lonnytunes - Winter Is Here

Well put together. Excellent.

It reminds me of the condition I found myself in after a pub crawl one St Patrick's Day - maybe the strange man was St Patrick.... pink elephants, throbbing head, delirium tremons....

A while ago I started writing a long story about the little pink pixies that people see when they're drunk...

The idea being that people don't believe their eyes when they're not drunk, and so just ignore them, but when they're drunk/stoned/insane they accept them smiley - bigeyes

This story (not the pixies one, the Man in the Mist) was inspired by H G Wells' short story The Door in the Wall. It's written in a similar style.

Nice. Spooky. A good description of some wierd goings on. Should there be any evidence left of Stephen's visit? Would make it more "Was he really there?" if there is no mention of any evidence in the morning.

I originally had it like that, but decided that then it could be too easily explained away as a dream... I'm not sure which to have really.
