as you can see from my home page i had an old pree bbc account which the tech guys helped me to re activate. I have since forgotten my password and the email account it was linked to no longer works. I am who i say i am as you can see the two pages are linked... see text on my home page for the u number of my old account... the old one is the one i want to use... how do i re access this?
please email me at - [email protected] for any further details or my loggin details for that account...
pls help as i am a returning old member and the low numbered u numbers mean a lot to us!

Hello there AGCJ,
Normally we'd ask you to send an email directly to the Support address, but we can tell you here. Sadly, since you last used the other account we've actually changed our registration system. There was a window of opportunity to convert accounts but unfortunately this has now ended. The bad news is that this means your old Personal Space and account is locked out.
However, it's not all bad news: we can move any old Entries over, and put a message at the top of the page redirecting users to your new space. Please do let us know if you want us to do this.

ok... so if i create an entirely new account and start again can i have the old two (old one and this one removed?)

You can't delete an account as such but you can clear your nickname using My Preferences.
