I agree that a hat makes a definite statement. I long for the days of people knowing how to dress appropriately for certain circumstances, and I love wearing hats

QMike's outfit might go well with a black tie, maybe some sort of gloss or matte, what do you think?

Well, he has to wear one to school, so either he is accustomed to ties and doesn't notice them, or else he loathes them. And that will determine whether or not there's a tie with the suit.

"Hear here. Bring back hats," types a follically-challenged man who never wears a hat when driving. I will pass on the ties though. What's wrong with chest hair as a fashion statement?

Grahame, it's true that fashions come and go in cycles. But I am forever imprinted with a photo of the Gibb brothers, all chest hair, medallions and teeth. Don't you remember the construct, Medallion Man?

thb, I find the whole chest hair thing a bit poofy.

Ties are no problem, but just remember that if any of my friends see me in a suit, they are not to walk again!
