A submarine, as it would allow you to hold small countries for ransom and force them to give up all your wigs, then you have both. I can think of no situation in which wigs would help you to obtain a submarine.

Must be a wig... as long as it is clean and has no fleas... ~sniff~
Submarines are bad... very bad... they go under water... which is bad... very... very bad!!!! ~very big sniff~
Nuff Said!!!
~helpful grin~

But Greebo, submarines are meant to keep you *dry* underwater. Best of both worlds, really.

if it is a yellow submarine then most definitely a sub is better than a wig...
a wig can be fun... and i have had fun in wigs... but subs can really take you places

. ...thinking some more about the question.. . .
however....
this kid... maybe you should ask him what he means?
and maybe just maybe he is on of those prodigies... perhaps political... perhaps you misspelt what he said.. a whig or a sub(stitute party) member...?

You are over thinking the question, you have to put yourself in the shoes of a seven year old boy (who are all by nature mad as a bucket of frogs)and try to understand what he could be getting at. Now I as the male role model of the house have a scarsity of folicle matter on my bonce. Big clue there!
I think the little blighter was just sniping at me!!!!
Kids I love em but couldnt eat a full one.

<space.
aha
he was trying to help you get past feeling bad about baldness (incidently a usually male characteristic and some of the sexiest men alive are bald... carlos ponti for example look at who he is married to) by asking you to choose an alternative (weak at best, wigs always look like wigs and not real hair) thing to focus on.. a very fun thing... to direct your attention to what really matters... involvement with that outside yourself that you love... a submarine!!
