I'm not sure what to do with it - eat it or stick it in my ear?

Therein lies a problem. It may be a babel fish. In which case it should go into your ear.... but then again it may be a chocolate fish, in which case you should eat it. Or it may actually be a goldfish in which case you'll want to put it in a tank straight away...
But I guess its up to you to decide...

Stick it in your eat but Eat Joanna's Doughnuts.
