A Conversation for Teenage Depression

There's a big history of depression in my family and I haven't exactly had the easiest life.
I'm quite lazy (there's nothing I like more than staying in bed all day reading). But, every so often I just don't want to move, I don't want to speak to anyone, I just want to cry.
I've never thought it was depression, there's so many people out there dealing with worse things, why should I be depressed? Anytime I do think it could be depression, some part of me just calls it attention seeking, or hormones (I'm 16).
By the time I'm well enough to talk to anyone about it, everything seems fine.
I don't know if anyone goes on here anymore, but it would be nice for some advice
