How annoying, it doesn't work on the incredibly inept one2one service. Oh well... I think they should introduce the death penalty for stupid phone servers.

What do you mean it doesn't work? What phone are you using on the One2One network? Do you have any details of what happens when it doesn't work?

I have a Nokia 7110 using one2one and the wap feature doesn't work properly, it says dialling, but then times out. Oh well.

Is your phone account data-enabled? This is something you have to organise with your operator, like using your phone with a modem and a laptop. One way to tell if you're not, is listening to the phone as it connects - I've heard our Orange phones making "bad connection" noises when they dial.
