h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

First off, believe it or not, alcohol can be incorporated into this game with very little effort. There are additional variations also:
1. If a player puts down the same card as the previous player, this skips the next player.
2. If a player can complete a set of four (ie he has a pair of queens and someone else just played a pair of queens) he can throw the cards out of turn, which clears the pile. The player who cleared the pile plays the first cards of the new set.
3. If the same person is president three times in a row, he gets to make a new rule, which will remain in effect for the rest of the game (ie "no one can say the word "that," "red threes now work as jokers'" etc)
