The name isn't the greatest, but it's pretty accurate. Basically, the idea is to have the highest card each round. Players are dealt one card each round, and may decide whether or not to trade cards with the person to the left. For example, if you have a low card, you would want to trade with the person next to you, thereby 'F*cking Your Buddy' by giving them the low card instead. If you have a high card, you keep it, and play continues to the left. After each round the person with the lowest card is eliminated. Last person to be eliminated wins.
