My pleasure.
although i am a far happier person with a good nights sleep, there are times when one can have too much.Indeed it could be argued that short naps are more beneficial, however i have to say that you would need more than one over a 24 hour period.
happy napping

PS....sorry..don't mean to nag, just being friendly

I'm glad you got some sleep, loreth. I probably got too much. I'm going to have to find a way to fall asleep earlier tonight, so I can be up in time to get to school at 2:30.
Hello, Noname, how are you?

and it's me again!
Tried to die my hair red last night, while a bit drunk, but it makes jack difference unless I'm in the right light.

I'm a lover of life myself. I just need to experience more.
loreth- it's good to start with something subtle, you can always change it later.
I thought this might make you happy. I'm going to see Ralph Nader speak tomarrow. I'm also getting signatures to get him on the ballot here in OK. I'm very excited.

Yes! Someone understands
I like life... it's all we've got.
For the past year I have had a personal yes-rule: When in doubt, say yes. Do I want to call him? Yes. Do I want to go this party? Yes. Do I want to bungee-jump? Hell yeah. And so on. It's made life far more interesting... would recommend it to anyone.
