If noohootoo is not ready to allow videos, I guess I could always link to the Wiki article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myocardial_infarction .

It's youtube that wasn't allowed by the BBC, rather than videos in general. This was presumably because the wholesale breach of copyright in many of the youtube videos.
I can't see any video on the page you link to, so I can't judge the quality of it, but I'll leave it up to you if you think it is suitable.
