No No! It's not "The chair is not my son" it's "The chair is not my size" I rember the first time I ever heard this. I was driving a rented van late at night and I had my son with me. I listened to the song, very puzzled, until it was nearly finished; and then asked Alex (well he's a lot more au fait with Michael Jackson than I am) what on earth was meant by "the chair is not my size"? - which is when I was told what he's really singing. Try as I might I cannot make myself 'hear' the real lyric.
