In the video for "like a surgeon" he operates patient number 27 and in another video he lives in number twenty seven (Fat, i think).
When asked why he used the number twenty seven all the time, he replied after thinking for a while "it's a funny number"

Here's one for you: in the "Ask Al" section of his site, he answers 27 questions a month.

Here's another one: When shopping for christmas one year (98 i think) Jon "Bermuda" Schwartz found a pack of christmas stars with exactly 27 stars in it. He didn't coun't 'em, they were 27-packs.
