Who's going to win, then?
My nominees are Lampard and - in a bit of an outside bet - Lennon.

Gotta be Stevie G. not that I'm biased or anything.
Sneaky feeling you're right though.

Sorry to disagree but surely Cesc Fabregas must win the Young Player?

I accept that he may be favourite, but I've been impressed by Lennon. And he's English, which might swing a few votes.

And along with Bent has done it at a less fashionable club. I reckon Fabregas, along with the Arse has only impressed in the last couple of months too personally.

I think that Gerrard has been the one outstanding player this season consistantly. But the Boy Wonder and Shrek alike has been pretty fantastic. I wonder if it is just a bit too early.

The thing about the award is that it encompasses the end of last season as well, so I don't really see how they can give it to anyone other than Gerrard (but then again, I am biased ).
I agree that Fabregas may be favourite for the young player award but I think Rooney might win it again.
