If I want to link to, say Peer Review in a conversation (i.e. NOT in GuideML), how do I do it? Is it possible?

I guess I could also find out the A number of a page and just use that instead, but again, if possible I would rather use the named page.

You can use < . / > before the name and < / . > after the name - with all the spaces removed. You end up with something like this:
<./>NamedEntries</.>
