This is similar to the standard problem of red dye that's leeched into light clothing but this might require a more devious solution.
Initially: Red rugby shirts, white collars
Now: Red rugby shirts, blotchy pinkish collars
Smart collared shirts that were once suitable for work now no longer are. Does it involve clever use of bleach, or is there a product out there that will help? All solutions gratefully accepted

, obviously a little too late. Try hot water to flush the collars in, Add a little soap or stain remover if needed , , , "

It looks like individual soapy attention and a little physical scrubbing are what's needed.
