Definitely worth it.
I'm not regretting the time I didn't spend with my dad. We saw each other as much as I think we wanted to, and quality time at that. Any longer together & we would've bugged the hell out of each other!

You seem to be coping pretty well. I hope you weren't putting a brave face on this afternoon: you know you don't have to do that.

It seems a bit silly leaving a virtual an hour after a RL but have a virtual anyway.

I don't think it was a brave face so much as being rather more drunk than I appeared.
