I have definitly not been here before! I love your intro!
I laughed so hard my son came down stairs to see what was going on.
He said he was pretty sure I was alone, and has never seen me this amused
about anything before my first cup o' joe. I almost had coffee coming out my nose! smiley - winkeye

I would like to introduce you to my brother, he is Jokerford2000 here. I bet you all would get along nicely.
He doesn't get in here very often, time can be an enemy. I don't have the address at present, but you can link him from my page.

BTW, my son liked the 'Bush' one the best. smiley - winkeye

Wow! These are all old jokes where I'm from( Utah). Maybe I'll have to put up some more. You see, a beverage almost comming out your nose means I haven't quite finnish the job.
As for the "Bush" joke... It wass orrigionally(spelling?) three Nuns on a park bench. But I though I might offend someone.

Yes. I thought I should clean it up a little before posting it. I didn't want to get in trouble.
Do you have a favorite commedian? Mine is Jeff Foxworthy. I don't like country music mind you, but he's funny.

My age will show:
I remember when Robin Williams did stand up. He was always my favorite. I'll even watch him on a talk show, because he has a hard time being serious about anything for more than 2 mins. smiley - smiley
I liked George Carlin, but lately his age is showing. (he complains about everything)
Eddie Murphy's "Raw" leaves makes my sides hurt, and I've seen it 10 times.
Bill Cosby's "for those of you with or without children" is priceless.
Bill Engval - anything he does. He's best known for "here's your sign", (about the stupid questions we ask/ are asked)
Dennis Miller's "Rants". I know most people think he's too political and aggressive, I think he's funny and informed.
Sam Kineson, he's very controversial, but very funny! (also very dead for the past 7 or 8 yrs) smiley - winkeye
Jeff Foxworthy is a fav, as well.

This list could get longer!smiley - winkeye I love comedy! I love to laugh.

Oh, also Jinean Garaffalo( probably spelled it wrong)
Elain Boozler (sp)
Paula Poundstone (some)

Ask a simple question............smiley - winkeye

I agree with all of the above. I likr Delirious better than Raw though.
I especially love magician and vantrilloquist comedians. Have you ever heard of the Amazing Johnathan? How about Ron Lucas or Jeff Dunnam? I'm sure you've heard of Penn and Teller. Yes they are a bit "vegassy", but they're good for a laugh.

Hello!

Sorry, I just had to jump in here: I LOVE Jeff Dunham and Peanut! Back when I was a career couch potato, Comedy Central was my lifeline. "Whose Line is it Anyway" definitely topped the ratings, though.

Seems like Luna, you and I have a mutual love of comedy and other funny things. Cool!

Peace, love and chocolate,

I love Who'sLine is it Anyway too. There's a "U.S." version of it now. i don't think its anywhere near as good though. "Lee Press on Hair"!!!LOL

WHAT?!

A U.S. version?! That kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? I mean, it might as well be a different show, with a different name.

smiley - sadface

BTW, do they have a website (seems like everyone does these days), or does Comedy Central?

Peace, love and lingerie,

No I don't have a website. Comedy Central probably does but I havn't been there.
i would have thought that his act would be the same wherever he went. Its nationally known here.

Like I said. The U. S. version is nowhere near as good. I have seen both. The British version is on here as well.
The above paragraph was in response to a comment that I didn't quite understand.*embarasedsmiley - smiley*

The U.S. version is still funny. All the players are the same, usually.
The biggest difference I have seen is that Drew Carey is the host, and
the audience participation is not as racy, which takes some of the fun out of it.

We still enjoy watching it. Comedy Central has a web site, check it out, it's pretty neat.

I'm a huge Ab Fab fan, as well. (Absolutely Fabulous, for any uninformed passers-by) smiley - smiley
Used to like the Daily Show, until they changed hosts.

Ab Fab... I fully agree! Totally hilarious.
I was talking to Merv just now on ICQ. He's feeling pretty dejected by you lack of attention to him... .
What about Upright Citisen's Brigade? I think its like a more modern Monty Python.

Feeling dejected by my lack of attention????? Take a number & get in line!!! (just kidding!) smiley - smiley
I talk to him almost every day at work (on aol) with the exception of this week.(only one or two days). I share a pc until the 22nd, he is aware of this. he is never on ICQ when I look, anymore, but again, I am not on that often.
Why am I explaining this to you?? smiley - smiley
Surely there are other women who give that man attention!! I would like to think that I have a 'corner on the Marv market', but I doubt that this is true. smiley - winkeye

I've never watched the Upright Citizens Brigade. I'll check it out sometime.
