Hi Demon Drawer,
Sorry about this mass-posting, but I've just taken over the reins of h2g2 University from Peta, and thought it might be an idea to visit the current projects and get a feel for how they're coming along. This is mostly to familiarise myself with the scope of the task I've taken on, but also to make Mark think I'm being industrious.
And I definitely don't mean to be putting on any pressure to finish, or anything like that - we like to get projects when they're ready, not if they're rushed. It's really just to help me get the general h2g2 University picture. Honest.
So, how's your project 'Great Royal Women' coming along?

Well Chris things are beginning to settle down just a little bit IRL at the moment it has been a rather hectic year. I actually have got most of the research done to finish the project off it's just a matter of finding the time to get around to doing it. Life has been a little chaotic to say the least since I promised Ashley to try and get this done as 'one of the first' university projects. However, thatnks for saying you don't want to rush me I will keep you informed of progress as it happens.
BTW A big friendly DD welcome for you to the team. Ask them about me when I was here almost as much as they were (if not more).

Heh - even I remember you from those early years. I've been on as beeline pretty much since h2g2 started up. Happy days! Now happy *paid* days!
Thanks for your status report. RL is a perfectly satisfactory explanation - we always prefer people to have good lives than good projects. Aren't we generous?

See I've been away on active duty so long I didn't even realise that Beeline had disappeared, how shameful of me.
Whoops. FC has just told me she has already told me you were Beeline, must have been really tired when she mentioned that.
I don't know these days I even have a Sub-editor working on my potings.
See there she goes again.
How long till you have 'a thump round the head' smiley Chris??? FC

LOL! I'll ask Peta to see what she thinks. I'm not (read: 'am') sure what the BBC would think about violent smilies!

Just a quick note Chris I'm working on finishing and correcting the one's that are already started now. And will try and get the one's not even started off their blocks soon.

Ok Eleanor of Aquitaine is ready to go on, it's just that I left my notes at home, stupid boy.
That leaves Isabella and Ferdinand, Marie de Medici to start and a couple to conclude in my books. So I may very well have it all done in the next few weeks Bob willing.

So will I it will mean slightly less pieces of paper floating around in my drawers at work.
However in doing the research I think I've got enough info to start on Part 2 of the same subject.
