I don't know I stand for election and get 7100 people voting for me but who gets their picture in the West Lothian News? EV and fords!
What do I have to do to get some exposure around here?

On;y 15.3 % of the electorate with 5 candidates ou do the maths is FPTP

Surely people saw Gordon Guthrie of the SNP who recieved 10,919 votes as the real alternative, after Michael Connarty got a whopping 22,121 votes for Labour representing a 24.1% majority.......
Seems like overcoming that majority and away from the SNP could be hard work.....

Just come back to this thread an noticed T2visiting who I suspect is some SNP supporter from West Lothian.
Sadly T2Visiting it looks like your candidates are not seriously being seen as real alretnatives either in Westminster or Holyrood elections. As Dunfermline and West Fife showed we are seen as alternative and electable to Labour and if that continues the people of West Lothian will come to their senses and instead of saying they'd like to vote for us but didn't want the nationalists in as in September say they will vote for us.
That is the difference.
