I'm afraid you made a mistake in your otherwise very informative entry. It was in fact in Austria, in a town named Innsbruck I think, where our highly beloved hitchhiker, Douglas Adams, was lying drunk, figuring an easy way to travel the galactical reaches.

actually i never knew that douglas adams had to hitchhike. glad i found that out.
