The (almost) finished result. Not bad for a few weekend's (on and off) hard labour eh? There's still a few minor things to do like putting in a new pane of glass in the door, giving the whole thing a coat of something inside and out, plus a few others. Overall though I'm really pleased with how this has turned out, but still don't want to do another one in a hurry

The plants were there before the summer house was. They've sort of got a bit, um, untidy since the gardener of the family is still waiting to go in for the op on her eyes. Talking of which that's supposed to be this Friday if all goes well.

Worth every penny too B'El. The only cost has been some replacement roofing felt, a few bits of wood to replace the rotten door frame and roof spindle and some duct tape. Can't have spent more than about £30 in total on it so far.

Even the once ornamental weather vane on the roof now works thanks to a piece of plastic tubing, the above mentioned duct tape, and a marble.

He's well out of shot I'm afraid. I *might* get some of him in the summer house when I've got a spare five minutes and I can find my digi camera. I hate having to rely on the crappy one in the mobile.
