Looks like you'll definitely want a different title somewhere down the road 
This is more about the drivers than the actual lorries.
Perhaps 'Getting a lift from a Lorry Driver'
Good luck with it. I'm afraid that I have no experience hitchhiking along roads.

You need to mention that hitch-hiking on motorways is illegal.
