Can't say I feel that much older rightly. Still, everyone was very nice to me, I received some very nice things and nothing untoward happened. How am I ever to write a Post article with things like that happening? Eh?

Dear Dear Munchkin, big 
Happy birthday my friend. I have kinda lost track of you since you moved up north.
I am sorry that you did not do anything exciting like going down the Nile - will I ever forget that marvellous scene of you being photographed in the depths of the earth - virtually at gunpoint.
I hope that I shall be alive and kicking so that I can make the summer meet. It would be great if you and my darling Zantic could also make it.
Keep well - have a few extra glasses of for the old girl!!.

Thank you very much. No Nile for me, but a large gathering of friends, which is just as good. I definately want to get to the summer meet, having missed a few. Here is hoping I have the funds.

Dear Dr. Munchkin,
Just a short note to wish you a very happy Easter. I am so glad that you are considering coming to the summer meet. I do hope that Zantic makes the trip as well. she appears to have gone into orbit as I cannot find her!!. I am sad about that as I had hoped to eventually my the cartoon done. the date of the meet is the 10th July and I look forward to seeing you playing your usually robust game of rounders!!
