I need to know how do you add a picture that isnt a blob. I have seen a few articles that use graphical pictures and I used the test page and I noticed that it isnt a blob picture. Where do they get the pictures from and how.

Hi J!
What is it that you're trying to do, exactly? Add an existing image to one of your entries, or add one of your own?

I suppose add one of my own because there are a few images for some of my guide entries I would like to add but I can't find any. I see other people have added some graphical images but where and how do they get them.

Well, there is a group for photographers at <./>Photographers</.> - it's a little quiet at the moment, but there is your best bet. They only upload images for Edited Guide Entries, though, so if they are for your own Entries you'll need to get them through Peer Review first.
I'm not sure if you know, but I'm the Editor of The Post - we're featuring your first poem this week We can add photos to Post articles if they are relevant to the column or poem.
Apart from that, there is a h2g2 picture library at C809, and most of the images that aren't in it are linked to from the Photographers page - see the monthly and personal Halls of Fame in the middle and at the bottom.
does this help?
