...unless you don't have a Playstation. The same people that developed 'Parasite Eve' for the Playstation are now working on an Evil Dead game using what looks like the same type of engine.

Read about it here:

Groovy.

No Playstation here but I love it when the man himself gets more exposure. Surely, Bruce is one of the most under-appreciated dramatic actors of our time.

Most definitely so. I hope that one day he will find a lead role in a movie for a character that interests him enough to accept it. Probably won't happen, though. Of course, the last thing I'd want Bruce to be is over-exposed.

Do you read his web site (http://www.bruce-campbell.com)? The man has some excellent opinions on many different topics.

Hmmm. H2G2 isn't very smart at picing out URLs in forum posts. Try this one: http://www.bruce-campbell.com

I've checked out the website before. Very cool stuff. In fact one of the things that impressed me the most about the way Bruce interacts with his fans is that when I sent an e-mail requesting an autograph I received it just a couple of weeks later. Now that is really cool.
No ED4 though. If enough demand is generated it might happen though. What do you think? Do we even need another Evil Dead movie? Might it be overkill? This is probably a new conversation so if you want to move it to a new forum that's cool with me.

Not to worry. Most forums change subject several times, at least the ones I contibute to. smiley - smiley

I doubt there will be an Evil Dead 4 unless someone decides to step up and bankroll the thing, but given the box office success of Army of Darkness (despite its cult status), that's just not the way hollywood works.

I thought about asking for an autograph, but I decided that an autograph doesn't really mean anything to me. I'd much prefer to talk to the man face to face, shake his hand, and thank him for the great stuff he's done.

I'll certainly pick up the playstation game when it comes out. It's kind of a shame that it'll be released during the final days of the playstation's lifetime, though. Maybe they'll do a sequel on the PS2. Woo hoo! We can only hope. smiley - smiley
