Barney is not Lucifer. He is Beelzebub, Lucy's right-hand devil. The Teletubbies are archdevils, probably fallen Aufanim or Seraphim, depending on your view of the Qabbalah. They set up Disney as a front for their evil nefarious operations to get humans to unwittingly sell their souls volunatarilty to the Matrix and suppress any attempts to escape. Neo tried but failed.
