Yup, they used to be regular pants but I accidentally tore them up the seam, and then I remembered the old trick where you cut open pants legs and sew cloth in it, then you have bell-bottoms. So I was looking around in the store yesterday for material to use, and I found a selection of Elvis stuff.

Yeah, it's the most exciting thing that has happened to me in a couple months. Well, maybe except for a few weeks ago when I was making breakfast and the margarine caught fire.

That was the most amazing statement of the day - a close run-up to yesterday when my conductor said, "Try not to sound like chickens who are attorneys!"

Oh, I worship you, Wyatt. I've an entry A20074899 still being subbed and I'm going to try and work this in (yet another chance to link to Elvis)

Hmm, I'm trying to imagine how to get an orchestra to sound like chickens who are attorneys...

If the Eds accept it - come on now. They're humans aren't they? They live on this planet don't they. Therefore, how could they not be Elvis fans?
(if the eds accept it - snort)

You'd be amazed what's acceptable and what's not. I believe not so long ago, someone paid a whopping fortune to own the rights to Elvis' image so he could market The King himself. Kinda sets the BBC lawyers' teeth on edge, and makes them suck air in, info like that.
