Heh heh! I'm actually hoping there are no cans! Over here in SA there are many places just totally messed up with beer cans and bottles and other stuff people just throw down there ...

Here in britain, many don't know what a "bin" etc is 
stuff has been dropped on the ground NEAR bins 
Mentality ? lack of teaching when young ? many factors can be attributed
BUT! To me! Just bloody too thick to be decent people
