It's a family business, so maybe they have the right to put their family name on their trucks. Tardises on TV are fictional, by comparison

If there was a Mr and Mrs Tardis (or Mr & Mr, Mrs & Mrs or whatever combination/pronoun use they choose to apply to their family unit) then yes, they indeed would have every right to use their name on their lorries. However I must admit to be sceptical as I did a search for 'CEO Tardis Environmental' and none of the board's surname was 'Tardis' but the company was founded by people with a name beginning with B.

Similarly their logo isn't a family photo, but a picture of a police box. Which in combination with the name 'TARDIS' is associated with time travel .

That is strange of the company to use the image of a police box in the logo, when the tanker clearly isn't one

Someone on social media knows what's going on, though:

Last weekend I saw a tanker truck painted to look like a huge beverage can. It was very realistic, except for the size.
