Ooo - thank you for the link; I've never seen anything like that before! This is exactly what I need - I do have good arm strength and it's just something about my arm movement that doesn't do for whisking eggs. (A friend of mine watched me making an omelette once and fell about laughing before holding my hand to show me the whisk technique, so I did well that day, but couldn't replicate it the next day!) I can just about manage with a big whisk and a few minutes extra time, but I haven't a hope with a fork! I admire people who can use a fork as a whisk - looks like magic to me!
