I was surprised to find Flensburger Pilsener on tap at Port Street Beer House (Flensburg was my last German hometown before moving to Denmark) - but even more to find a Danish brand I'd never heard of! To Øl. But I just checked and it seems I knew a little bit about it after all. The brand is closely related to Mikkeller. Read more about it here, if you like:

Sur Mælk (which means sour 
even if it only tastes almost yet not entirely that way)
