I'm popping by as 1 of the assistant community editors or <./>ACEs</.> here. As it happens a Canadian as well - just thought I should mention that. In any case your next step should be to read the 'Welcome page'@ A53146 as a partial introduction of sorts. Then you'll be able to significantly accent or visually enhance your introduction. Look@'spicing up your page'( A690518 )for explanations of the possibilities. Or consult the Personal Space Workshop@ A1123354 for any clarification.
You'll find that like most large communities we have numerous Clubs & Societies. Those're listed by category@ A660340 ...which includes regional researchers' groups. Notably in this case The Canadian Researchers' Club@ A1037323 ...as well you can meet a few of the other Canadians in F19585?thread=252800&latest=1 at some point. You know stop in to have a Sleeman's, Molson's, Big Rock, whatever (at least that's the scenario of course). And like most communities we also have our own newspaper <./>thepost</.> which comes out every Thurs. evening British time or Thurs. afternoon for us. Oh & I almost forgot to mention the Games Room@ A4167605 which is definitely worth checking out.
Anyway, last but not least my colleague Feisor has compiled a comprehensive list of Hints & Links@ A719840 .Take your time going over those & in the process having a good look around - there's alot to see & do! I think you'll find this a friendly & informative community to be apart of. Be seein' you around I'm sure - so to speak. Bye for now*waves*
