Jeez - by your standards I'm like the coolest dude ever! I only got 8! (I thought I knew 9, but the 9th digit I gave was pi rounded up to 9 digits...)

I only got 7. Knowing pi to 7 places, given the radius of the earth I can work out the circumference to within 30 cm. Who'd need any more accurate than that?

I was quite bored. I think if I have got that far I should aim to get into the high score. On my first attempt I got 50 odd. The top high score is worrying though I think it was over 10,000. Even I think that is mad.

If you got to my Entry on 'Categorised Mnemonics (unedited) at A2786321) you'll find a mnemonic for remembering, not only pi but also its reciprocal :
To remember the digits of Pi (3.14159)to 13 places:
How I wish I could determine
In circle round
The exact relation
Lindemann found.
The number of letters in each word gives the digits in Pi.
4. Reciprocal of pi (0.318310): Can I remember the reciprocal?
Again, the number of letters in each word gives the digits.
