You were nice enough to drop by my page, and welcome me, so I thought I'd drop by and say "hi" to you, too! How d'you get those header things on your page?

My introduction is written in GuideML, which is similar enough to HTML to make it quite easy to learn if you already know the former. If you write in GuideML you can get headers, subheaders, links, pictures and so forth very easily, and it all ties in with the Guide framework.
If you want to try it, you should find an option on your "edit page" screen to change the type to GuideML (select the GuideML radio button and then press "change type"). Once you've changed to GuideML there will be a brief introduction to GuideML below the textarea where you enter the content. This should contain links to the more comprehensive GuideML resources on h2g2, including Bruce's excellent GuideML clinic.
If you need any help with GuideML then feel free to ask. I seem to be getting along okay with it these days.

I'm 'fraid I don't know HTML very well, either But that helped alot Can I still get these cute smilies in GuideML the same as I can in text?
And the s, too???

You can get the smilies but you have to include them specifically as images. I think the instructions are in Bruce's GuideML clinic.

Oh Okay
Maybe I'll get around to that this summer. Right now finals are getting close. No rest for the weary.
If anybody's wonderin', that is supposed to be a smiley puckering up to kiss
