Blinking stuff on pages are slightly annoying.

a blink smiley would only be a smiley with it's eyes opening and closing... not exactly over the top as opposed to say and ...

They don't work on my PC.. and I can't see the at all..

It might be because you have browser settings or anti-virus etc software which is deliberately blocking animation and advertisement graphics.

Oh.. and to reply to your posting.. I wouldn't be surprised, Hubby has put some very high settings on the firewalls and other thingies..

I wouldn't think that would be it as I believe they are most likely simple animated gifs, which wouldn't be blocked. I'm basing that guess on the need for small file sizes. of course I could easily be wrong...

that's really odd... try saving them to the computer and viewing them locally to see if you can view them in another program... if you can then it's your browser..

How do I do that??

Make it easy for me.. please

right click then choose save as... save it somewhere on your computer (desktop or my documents to keep it easy). Then just double click the saved file and it will choose it's own program to view in... if you can see it in your picture viewing software then you know it's your browser and may just need to update it.

Perhaps I had better try it again when I have had some sleep...
