...whilst sitting on Serephina's sofa, I decided to be a non smoker and shortly thereafter smoked the last Marlboro. I've since given my baccy to CUP and removed the ashtrays from my room.

I know this should be easy (what could be easier than not doing something?) but it's already proving tricky!

Anyway, last night was superb and drunken. The company was fabbo & Ged deserves a medal for being the only straight bloke at that table.

Hope it's all going well! My dad found it hard to give up smoking but his main problem was keeping his hands occupied. But it's always an excuse for you to grind the old axe more often

Maybe you should find something to suck on for wheenever you are tempted... I could suggest a few things... but this is a family site... that perturbing 'thing' that CUP had and we were... playing with last weekend springs to mind I've smoked a rediculus amount today
