OK, I guess your information is correct on the words being written as such, but as I understand it, the music to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star was composed by a seven year old...
going by the name of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Mozart didn't write the melody itself. He just composed some variations based on the already existing song.
Who actually wrote the melody I don't know.
I believe it is a pretty old traditional country song, with very different lyrics from place to place...
