In this entry:

the footnotes are all displayed at the bottom, but they are also displayed at the point in the text where the footnote code is placed.
Just look for the phrase "Electrical engineers".
It should read "Mathematicians1 call it i" with a footnote "Electrical engineers ..."
Instead it reads:
Mathematicians1Electrical engineers...
The really worrying thing is that copying the entire GuideML of that entry into a test entry:

here the footnotes are displayed correctly.

Hi Gnomon, think it might be that one of the servers might not have picked up the latest skins for the transform for GuideML as it shows ok for me and this was one of the issues I had addressed the other night, did you see this morning? I'll re upload the skins tonight to all the servers to make sure but let me know if you see it again.

Well, I had to put tags between the word and the footnote, because without them, there was the problem Gnomon described - and that was only 30 minutes ago. However, the footnote is now in a different line.

No, the approved entry was failing earlier and is OK now.

Maybe it is to do with the Center tags I have to put around each line since P Align="center" and br/ don't work?

Hopefully the beta links and footnotes should appear incorrect again let us know if you see them again, could you post the bug about the P tag align center as a seperate one so the eds can mark it down on their list please
