A Conversation for Ask h2g2

Field Researchers

OK, I have another question...

I'm thinking of volunteering to be a field researcher. It says something on the University of Life page about the person doing the project getting Gurus and Scouts to help them. Now, what I want to know is, do you have to go out and find these people yourself or does some other kind soul assign them to you?

If you are not planning on doing the entire project yourself, you are responsible for finding people to help you.

One thing you could do is look for entries in the Guide in the same general field of study, then leave a note on the author's pages asking them for help.

You can also look for related clubs and groups to post a message to at the bottom of this:

You can even post a classified ad at the Post:

If you need technical help, stop by the h2g2 guru page and ask for it. If you need help with proof reading before the entries go into the formal submission process, I'd be happy to lend a hand. smiley - smiley
