Oh yes, do give me some ideas!
I have to say he generally regards my musical, clothes etc tastes either as OK or with derision.
The difficulty is that i would probably be embarrassing myself more than him............smiley - silly

Is he living in halls? & Does he have a shared 'phone? If so, ring up and leave a 'mumsy' message, like can he call you back to tell you how to start the lawnmower?

The other thing you can do is make sure to refer to him by a pet name (the older it is, the better) while his friends are there... smiley - winkeye
