um, first of all, I'm a Christian.
but just in the first paragraph, you lose all resemblance of objectivity, which is why I'd bet this will never see the Edited Guide.
"Many children are taught to believe today that Christmas is all to do with Father Christmas, (Santa, Saint Nicholas...) coming down the chimney with presents for them if they have been good little boys and girls during the year. However, when these little ones grow up their beliefs are crushed. But if these children were told the real reason to Christmas from an early age they would be saved from heart ache."
Personally, I've always agreed with that.
"Born in a manger in a stable in Bethlehem, Jesus was visited by many people including Shepherds, Angels and Kings. They brought with them gifts of lambs, Frankincense, Myrrh and gold. These people believed that by following a bright star which led them to him he was a king." While you're at it, why not dispell another Christmas myth: that the Wise Men/Kings visited the manger.
The Bible, King James Version, Matthew 2:11 says, "And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh."
Now, the key word there is HOUSE. Nothing in the King James Version says anything about the Wise Men visiting a stable or that they nessicarily traveled in groups of three. It just says there were three gifts. There could have been two of them. Or six. We don't know. Nerd42

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
