The UK Rural driving section seems incomplete. For example, where is the importance of not accelerating after pulling out from side turnings? Or the item on horse boxes always moving over to the middle of the road when the road is straight anough for overtaking? Or indeed the item on tractors never pulling over however long the queue behind?

... or the going very slowly, braking at every curve, and putting the boot down at the clear, straight bits, making overtaking a real sphincter-tightener
