DO NOT Read and Drive
lawbrarian Started conversation Aug 18, 1999
Much as I love a good book, the place to read it is NOT on your steering wheel on your way to work. I have seen other drivers doing this more than once with both newspapers and books here in Washington, DC and it gives me the willies. Rush hour traffic may be packed and slow, but it isn't slow enough to do that in. Besides, that's why the gods invented books on cassette.

yup, there's no arguing that reading and driving are dangerous; of course cell phones can be just as bad.
