Hello! Have a seat, you look bushed.
If you've found me, it's probably through some fault of my own, for which I apologize. Still, please have a look around, just try not to make too much of a mess.
At last, the curtains are up, and looking quite swank if I do say so myself. Just relax in the chair-and-a-half. No TV, sorry, but it's great for a little quality time with the cat and a book.
Look, make yourself comfy. I have to go mow the lawn, but I'll be back soon.
